Define cheap. For 20-30 you could get stuff like the kill confirmed usp, frontside misty ak, hyper beast m4a4-s. Those 3 will look really well for most conditions. I recommend steamanalyst, you can search for skins within your price range and for specific guns.

A really cheap skin for the M4A4 that I like is the M4A4 | Urban DDPAT
You can get it MW for $.29 atm whereas FN is $3.43

I also like the Galil AR | Stone Cold
Price for Well Worn: $.63

Not sure what you meean exactly by cheap but those are pretty cheap imo.
