Most likely ,

Updates will cause the Company Pandu to slow down.
I don't think it would be possible to jailbreak the newer iPhones.

But don't be a man of my word please.

1) Pangu* <- Sorry it annoyed me.

2) they're not a company, they are a team.

3) They probably already have a tool, but because it's so late in the iOS 9.1 scene, they will be waiting for iOS 9.2

4) It might not even be Pangu, it could be Taig or it could be a whole new team.. You never know these days.

This is what I got from Googling "Can I jailbreak 9.1?"

"Apple has also patched two Pangu iOS 9 Jailbreak in iOS 9.1, so you can't jailbreak iOS 9.1 on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch using Pangu jailbreak currently."
