So, I've currently only bought a few of the least expensive items such as the case and what not, but here is the gaming PC I will be spending my next few paychecks on. Feel free to take a look and give me your opinions!

Correct me if i'm wrong, but I don't think that motherboard will let you take advantage of overclocking the 4790K.

I mean, if I'm able to then yes. But, if my motherboard doesn't allow me too then I don't really see why I would.

I've got the speakers, keyboard, headset, mouse, and the tower. What PSU would you suggest, will the z97 work with my other hardware I've selected, and will you link me to the z97 board?

Thanks,

If you can go a tad over.

I'd go wired, but if you want to go wireless, most adapters are fine, a sound card isnt really necessary, nice monitor not 144hz, changed case to a nice and better one, bigger and better PSU, can add another 390 at any point, nice cooler for i7 to OC (assuming you will be OCing at all), nice SSD for OS and some games, get OS for free or off G2A or Reddit for $30ish.

Will you be overclocking at all? What games will you be playing? Any video editing/rendering etc?
