i have a problem about two months ago my account was hacked and i called Microsoft and they locked my account and the guy who took it gave me back the info and now it says that ive tried too many times to sing in so can anyone help or reply

If microsoft has locked the account then obviously your not going to be able to log into it? You should phone them and let them know you are the geniune owner. (Extremely helpful if you own a credit card linked to that account - You just use those details ;))

Well you should try to call again and say that you need your account back and youl report the person your talking to ORRR PLAN B just bug the sht out of them and tell them that you would take them to court and say the old online classic my mom died and i hate my life method?

you could also say your or your dads credit card it on the account and legally they cant keep you locked out then also try xbox.com if you can log in change ur email account and password
