If it was my money i'd get he Xeon build.

I'd also go with the Xeon build, unless you specifically need a CPU with 6C/12T...

Neither. You said yourself on your last thread that it was only for gaming. No need for X99 in a gaming rig, it's going to be a hindrance more than anything. H100i GTX is completely unnecessary on an locked CPU. 1245 is not worth the $30 premium over the 1230 IMO. You also stated in your other thread that you already have peripherals, so you don't need a monitor.

1TB HDD is pretty minimal. If you're not interested in overclocking, swap the 6700k for an E3-1230 V5. No need to overpay $30 for RAM.
