Hey I have decided to not get a few upgrades to my pc and buy a new one instead.
I will be buying this PC at January sales. If all prices for parts and really cheap I'll make another post so I can get better parts for my money.
My budget is 1000GBP + what ever I can sell my old PC for.
See topic to see my old PC --> Forums/t=7423314/well-im-making-a...-post.html
I have the peripherals I have a decent monitor for now. I need the Case and the components inside.
I will use this PC to play high end games with high fps (hopefully).
Do not need a OS.
I have a separate budget for a new monitor.
100-120GBP. I would like a nice black 1080p monitor for that if there is one.

Zayev wrote Personally, I would get this if you want to upgrade monitor:Thanks for the build it looks solid! Just asking if you know that the monitor is not included in the budget. If its unclear in the post I'll edit the post.

Yes, but to be looking at say a 980Ti it would go over budget, plus it is always nice to have a bit of money left over for pizza or a few games.

980Ti is about £200 more than the most expensive 970
