how can i watch uk netflix on my phone while im in the states i have a vpn rn but it doesnt change my location and is it safe to?

Don't think it works on the phone,

Only way i know is on the Xbox OR Playstation systems.

I'm pretty sure VPN's only work for safari possibly other browser apps that support it.

I'm certain that VPN's do not work for the Netlix app though, especially as you're connected to the UK App Store. It's way too much work to get it working on the iPhone to the point where it's not even worth it. If you're not jail broken as well, it's impossible.
