i can't get promoted to gold for some reason anyone now why? I have a 4.1 W/L and a 1.8 K/D and constantly go on win streaks

not about k/d the rank is like csgo(if you ever played it) its an elo system if im not wrong so its about wins and loses from my understanding games like this csgo/lol or any other games that use elo system is all about those round wins and over all wins and how well you play
