Stop being a fanboy, a 970 should never be in a build. Go with a 390x has a big perfomance advantage over the 970. I'm not a amd fanboy either I have sli 980tis in my build.

I'm not a fan boy? never built a computer in my life! I just know it is a decent GPU that's all! sorry if it sounds bad and why is everyone saying AMD?? I thought the 8350 and 8370 had 8 true cores? that's why I chose that!
sorry if I may come across a dick! but I am trying not to! just kinda confused at things really!

Don't get a 8350. They aren't 8 "true" cores in the same sense as an Intel processor. Get a 4690k, don't go with skylake as DDR4 and mobo prices will get stupid. 4690k is incredibly popular for a reason, £170~ and you'll be hitting at least 4.2GHz on overclock all day. I've got one at 4.6 on a hyper 212 air cooler and it's perfectly stable at a small voltage increase.
The 970 is brilliant, ignore all the "390x" comments. If you want a 970 get one, as both cards are the same more or less and the only reason people will say one or another is because they're being a fan of.
I ha:d a 390 but RMA'd it as it came with no thermal paste and a dodgy heatsink so that was a major red flag straight away. Got a 970 instead and have it over locked to a smidge off a 980's performance with ease. Its a gigabyte windforce if that helps (not the G1)

Yeah, no, he isnt an Nvidia fanboy. The 970 is a viable option.
The 390x is NOT worth it over a 390.

So you're an Nvidia fanboy. K.
You dont know what you're talking about. Regardless of your "SLI 980tis"

Red RAM in a black/white mobo? Also, only 8GB RAM. What I suggested is £75 cheaper with twice the RAM. No need for a 750W unit. I have the 750G2, and used it for my SLI 970s but a 650W unit is more than sufficient for SLI 970s, I should have just got a 650W unit. No need for such an expensive cooler on a locked CPU.
lold at "390x is better than 970".

An unlocked CPU makes absolutely no sense if OP isn't overclocking. Skylake is barely more expensive. DDR4 RAM is only slightly more than DDR3, and Skylake mobo's are only slightly more expensive than Haswell. It makes no sense not to go with Skylake at this point. You realise that some 4690k's won't be stable past stock speeds, right? Overclocking is completely dependent on your luck, and you could quite easily get a chip that isn't stable, unless completely stock, regardless of your cooling.

Not a clue mate! all I want is a build that will last me a decent amount of time, and to destroy games! I am looking for max amount of frames I can get for £900 just want it to be beasty!
P.S:- please dont argue!
