Hi,

I read somewhere a while ago were if you get the Gold Gifter badge you get the option of taking usernames from accounts that are either suspended or banned.

Is this true, also which badge is it you need? Is is jut the standard 'Gold Gifter' one?

I think it its the Gold Gifter + Badge that allows that.
