if u can manage around 10-15 bucks over why not go with the 250 gb ssd

So your budget went from $700 to $1k in the space of a day?

Are you overclocking or not, because last time you asked about a locked CPU, now you're looking at an unlocked CPU?

390 can be swapped for 970 if NVidia is preferred. I stuck with the 390 since it was what OP was looking at, and is a fine card.
