Meh, I'd personally pay a couple quid extra for 4 DIMM slots and Crossfire support.
Yeah, I definitely wouldn't take the H110 mobo over the B150, Just to save like £3.

A68 chipset is poo. 860k an SSD within budget, and a nice lil cooler, but the i3 is better and offers more/better upgradability.
