To my knowledge no way to get them back. But I had this issue in 2k15 once and I contacted 2k support and they deleted the corrupted player from my profile and refunded all the VC I had put into him. May be worth looking into if you had a lot put into it =]

Firstly make sure you have synced your account if that hasn't worked
Reinstall Nba 2k16 and check from there.
