Anti depressants are a way but heres how I deal with it.
Listen to music.
Talk to friends that are really close to me and get whatever on my mind out.
Hang out with friends, just try to be around positive people and have a positive atmosphere can help a lot.
Get a hobby, playing video games or squeeze a stress ball, even though you might not be stressed it just feels good for some reason.
Can take a long time to get rid of it, I was taken from my parents when I was 12 so nearly 6 years ago and haven't hardly seen them, so you can just imagine how bad it was for me and all this helped me
The thing that helped me the most was my girlfriend, she made me so happy, I could tell her everything and she would be there for me and shes brought so much happiness into my world and it's been a big relief.

Not trying to be a dick, just making sure I understood this right, after a year the other person was already your fianc?

You where in a longer relationship and you don't remember what life was like without that person. You just have to remember how life was like without them, you'll get over it. It's just hard figuring out what to do, you might feel like a lost puppy for a couple weeks, but it won't take long for you to get back to normal.

Having gone through depression and anxiety I know how it can feel. I use to be alone by myself and would never go with my friends to places and etc. But ever since I started going out and being out there I've never felt sad since and maybe go hanging out with a few of your mates at a bar or something and having a good time could help you? I know it is not easy to deal with it but trust me "when an arrow is pulled back it is pulled back to go forwards, expect great things."

He's a famous youtuber, used to be the #1 most subscribed untill youtube brung out their own channels which everyone automatically subscribes to.

He basically shares with you on how to beat depression, or how he did it.
Hope this helps.

Truly sorry to here about this!

I would suggest finding something new to to (a hobby) - Paintballing etc

You will find new friends when playing and the adrenaline makes things intensely fun and distracts your thoughts with positive ones!

I hope you resolve this quicky!

Best wishes, merry christmas

I have recently just got through anxiety and depression. I didn't take any medication (probably because I'm too young). I had previously had anxiety and depression for about half a year or so. My grandma was diagnosed with cancer, my mum and dad got divorced, I moved house, and just to top it off my pet lizard died. Sorry Im getting carried away here haha. I went to a mental health clinic and to say the least they "cured" me. I feel so much better now. My advice to you is to go to a mental health clinic. Talk to a therapist. I remember I would come out of those sessions so calm and relaxed. Hope everything goes well for you.
