Pretty basic, text could be improved. Just some images with text stuck on top 3/10 looks ok tho

Please tell me you aren't giving heat to somebody who said your work was just images plastered on top of a text because that is all this is. It is not good or nice. I know you are going for "simplistic" but I can do simplicity without even adding images.
Your choice of font is horrific. If you were going for a CS:GO theme, why not use the actual font? It would've looked a lot better and gone with the theme.
Some pictures are stretched just to fill in gaps and it makes the work look messy and horrible. Just because you have space doesn't mean you need to overcramp the design. Banners are more than just pictures and a text with a bad gradient on top. Take your time and choose your layers wisely.
I am not hating on your work, I'm just pointing out the things that could be improved. Practice makes perfect so keep up with your work, bud.

Nothing goes together in this banner. Look up how to blend images together and connect them and take out those god ugly black lines, they make every banner look terrible.
The text isn't very good, neither is the font.
Overall, I'd give it like 2/10. Nothing goes together here, just look up tutorials on YouTube and get a better grasp and you should improve.

The text is horrible and isn't proportionalised properly and it overpowers the whole idea of what the banner is for. You could use maybe a 3D text made in C4D which is what makes a lot of art look cleaner ( I'm not talking about renders, I'm talking about those white text renders only) and you could always search up on how to improve your work. From me it is about a 2/10 I don't really like it and it doesn't flow the images don't compliment what you make, you could have done the same map to help it flow easier and your colour choice is questionable, sorry for being honest but you wanted people's opinions. Let me know how you go bud!

-Deano wrote I think that the background part isn't as good as the foreground banner. I also don't think the font suits the CS:GO theme.
You should use a Counter-Strike font like this

Thank you for helpful feedback, not many know how to do that.. And what is that font called?
