I've already transferred a character on my account to the XBOX ONE.
If I create another character in one the 2 open character slots GTA V gives you under the same Xbox live account on the 360, am I able to transfer that new character I just created to the XBOX One at a later date?

nah it wont work as you have already transferred on that account only way is to make a new account
