since the game is only in alpha, its hard to tell how much fps your gonna get until your in the game. It also varies from where you are in the game. With the specs you listed ( I wouldnt recomend a 1gb video card for dayz btw)I think you will stay around 30-40 fps mostly. also depends on your settings in game. There are lots of videos on how to get good fps on dayz so you should be fine there.

I've decided to go with this one ^ I'm off to go collect it in an hour or 2. I'm wanting to play in 1080p, should i be able to get decent settings with atlast 30 frames? i do have many games in my steam library but is this pc worth getting if I'm really only getting a pc for dayz? like i could save up and get better but I'm wanting one soon as and with the money i have, would you genuinely say its a decent build for this game?

DayZ is very unoptimized, so you can't really predict how well you'll run it. You should definitely consider building a PC, as those listed above are old and will not play well.

Those specs wouldn't run the game well though anyway.

It probably wouldn't, no. Building a new PC would be better than buying a pre-built old one.

hmm previous owner told me he was getting 30-60 frames at 1440p with high settings and said if i was to run it at 1080p like he said i should get a good 60 frames and he would shave shown me, so he's possibly lying?

I wouldn't believe that whatsoever.
