My cousin is a computer nerd, ill contect him and tell him to contact you on everything you will need, i know right now the most expensive things needed will be Case, graphics card, and CPU, depending on how good you want

Do you need a monitor?
Do you need a keyboard?
Do you need a mouse?
Do you need an operating system?
What will you use the PC for?

Better cooler, better mobo, better GPU.

It's easy to get a nice $400 rig, and this would do you well.
