Hi I have a iPhone 5s and it says I need to know the Apple ID and password any ways of bypassing it ?

if you forget the password or security questions contact apple and should reset it within 3-5 mins or less

Contact Apple or bring it to an Apple store and if you can prove it's yours in another way, then they should be able to help you. There is no full bypass because Apple made it nearly impossible to crack that way it is hard for thieves to use stolen devices.
