Last generation consoles, being the Xbox 360 and the PS3, will not be receiving anymore updates for GTAV since they cannot handle the newer updates. Rockstar announced this months ago.

if youre talking about the festive surprise, old gen consoles received the 2014 christmas dlc along with snow.
