You are crazy. A 2jz would be dope but expensive af, go for the twin turbo. It should run you about $3-5 grand for all the internals and stuff.

Well it all depends on what you are trying to do with your g35. I personally would grab a single turbo for your car, as compared to a twin. This will cost you likely around 4k for a descent kit. This will be way more reliable because you are still operating on your stock motor. With a 2j Motor swap you are looking at 2k for the motor, plus a fairly strong mounting kit, and custom fabricated internals to be able to use that motor on your vehicle. This is a pretty hefty bill, not including labor and install prices. Another thing to consider is if your 2j is a NA or Turbo. If you happen to get a NA, your looking at another 4k, just for a turbo. Anyways, Best of luck, but personally I would stick with your stock VQ35DE motor (factory motor).

The engine itself is not the expensive part in a 2jz swap.
After it's all said and done, a proper swap in a G/Z chassis will run you at least 10k if you do everything yourself, or roughly double that for a shop to do it.
