Ive decided on buy a PC and i have a budget of 400$ what would be the best pre built pc i could get for 400$ try to share a link

The first link doesn't send us to a PC.
If you plan on playing games with the second PC, you wont as it has no GPU.
You could get much better by building a PC yourself if that is an option for you?

Don't buy pre built, save up nearly $150-200 more and build yourself, depending on if you need a monitor, keyboard, and mouse

Really? You do realise that 9/10 times building a PC has better price to performance than buying a shitty pre-build right? If people are going to ask about buying a pre-built PC then I will ask if they want to build a PC as there is no excuse to not build one as it's ridiculously easy.
