So I just finished building my new PC and everything all fans my peripherals light up and everything. There is a light on my GPU that Is green. But nothing shows up on the screen. I am using an HDMI from my R7 370 Straight into my Monitor which also has a HDMI
My build- [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
I have tried using 2 different HDMI Cables as well as 2 different monitors.
Is there a chance that the HDMI port on the GPU is dead or something idk.
I have tried re booting with just one of each RAM stick and tried spamming the delete key to go into bios but screen does not detect anything. I have tried un plugging and re plugging plenty
If anyone can solve this I will give you all my REP

Try plugging your hdmi cable directly into the motherboard then into the monitor, then see if you can see anything and get back with your results.

I don't believe my motherboard has an HDMI or any video plug for that matter

Hello, and congrats on the new build; I'm sure your excited.
- Remove CMOS battery for 15-20 seconds.
- Switch your psu switch off, hold reset button for 20 seconds, then turn on your PSU switch once again.
- Then boot up, should be working.

You should, but it doesn't really matter. Just pop it out for 15 seconds; then put it back in.
