Okay so I tried playing last night around 9 PM EST and it says I'm online but I can't start parties/join and I cannot play online for any game. I tried BO3, Madden 16, and Just Cause 3. I've had XBL for 4 years so idk what's wrong.
PLEASE HELP

When I get the issue with joining parties, I just hard reset my Xbox.
What I mean by that is either unplug the power cable, or hold the power on button until your Xbox comes back on.
