I've purchased the season pass for BO3 for PS4 but I cannot find where to download The Giant. Help? It's not in my downloads and when I check addons it's not there, yet when I check Season Pass it says "purchased".

Go back to the store, and go to Map Packs, or something along those lines, The Giant should be there.
