So I recently got an Avermedia Live Gamer Extreme and I started streaming with it instead of my old Elgato because it can stream at 60 fps. But the problem is I've noticed that when I try to get my quality to be where I'd like it to be, the frames get a little skippy and the video seems to lag. With my PC I don't think this should ever be happening. I don't have the greatest speeds but I felt lowering my CPU preset to a slower speed would make up for that. It definitely hasn't to this point. I'll post some pictures of my settings in OBS and my specs below. If anybody can help me out that'd be great =]

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970
RAM: 16GB (2x8GB)
64-bit Windows 7
I have a nice cooler installed to my CPU as well so that isn't the issue
