You search with 3 players and all have a 2nd controller, when host gets put into his own game, he presses Y changes party to 8, invites the other 2 players and a 3rd all with 2 controllers quickly, once all 8 players are in the lobby will lock.

Just keep searching for Hardcore SnD.

Might take awhile but keep backing in and out or games until you and your second controller are only ones in lobby and it should be counting down for 60
