Hi guys,
i sold a digitala game for xbox one to someone via ebay. The guy paid me and i sent to him the account with the game. He left the positive feedback and today after 1 week he says that the game no longer work and he opened a dispute on paypal.
What can i do ?

If the game worked when you sold him the game, I am pretty sure you will be fine.
Just contact eBay and PayPal and tell them you didn't include a warranty (if you didn't) and it worked before you sold it. Proof of it working before you sold it would probably help.
They will most likely have to have proof it worked before you sold it, so, any proof you showed the guy, you may need to show eBay AND PP. Hell, I probably just made myself look stupid, but I hope I helped.

Well, I am not sure, did you state that no refunds will happen if the game were to break?

Also, ask him for proof that the game doesn't work.

First, get proof from the guy that the digital game doesn't work. Pretty sure digital games don't break. If he can show proof, I don't know what to tell you, but if he says he can't, then PP or eBay can't get his money back.

PayPal doesn't cover digital goods on their protection policy for disputes. If the buyer acknowledges it's a digital good, Paypal will rule in your favor.
