i am having trouble with my graphics card not using 100% of its ability in games like gta5 h1z1 and many others, my pc specs are
AMD FX-6350 3.9GHz 6-Core Processor
Corsair H60 All-in-one liquid cooler
Asus Radeon R9 270X 2GB DirectCU II Video Card
G.Skill Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard
CORSAIR CX series CX600 600W Power Supply
Toshiba DT01ACA050 500GB SATA 3.0 3.5" Internal Hard Drive, 7200 RPM

The rest is probably not needed. If you're achieving over 60FPS I really would not worry.

I've heard a few instances of this, and a driver re-install has fixed most. But chances are it's not using 100% because it doesn't need 100% all of the time.

If you're playing at 1080p, this is probably the case.

im only gaming at about 40 to 50 on native resolution to my tv which is 1360x768
im just wondering because i can get such better fps and i just want to know why its doing this.

A 970 running games at 720p will run everything on high and achieve much higher FPS than you're getting...

What is your driver version?
What other games have you tried?

im not sure what my driver version is but it should be up to date, ive tried h1z1, csgo, the forest, and gta5. my csgo is fine but that isnt a very hard game to run.
if it would be easier to help i can give you a team speak ip to join and it would really help me out, thank you.

i am running around 77% while playing gta on medium settings.
