im having an issue where only 40% of my gpu is being used when 75% of my cpu is being used, i just now realized the issue and am trying to get help resolving it. my specs are AMD FX-6350 3.9GHz 6-Core Processor
Corsair H60 All-in-one liquid cooler
Asus Radeon R9 270X 2GB DirectCU II Video Card
G.Skill Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard
CORSAIR CX series CX600 600W Power Supply
Toshiba DT01ACA050 500GB SATA 3.0 3.5" Internal Hard Drive, 7200 RPM

What are you doing when you measure the usage? Gaming? If so what games? Rendering?
