Libbys wrote Okay, but i don't now what will be the best for gaming that's why im asking this post and i know if i'm correct I7 is the best for gaming?

You don't NEED an i7 for gaming but it will help with the editing/rendering, etc.

I didn't read that you have £1,100. I'll update my post in a sec with a new build.

If you can up your budget to £1,200 you could get a 980ti instead of a 970 but otherwise that is a pretty decent setup. Not much worth changing for the spare £150 budget.

Yeah, the 16GB of RAM will be fine for everything. The most typical gaming rig has 8GB of RAM so having double it will definitely be fine for gaming. Having 16GB is mostly useful for your rendering applications.

The CPU will be great for hyperthreading with your rendering as well as slaying through all games.
The 970 maxes pretty much every game, besides buggy/laggy alpha games.

Build 1: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Stupid OP graphics card but it fit into budget ish
Build 2: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
More processing power but still a good GPU
Build 3: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
16GB RAM but a slightly worse cooler, but 16GB RAM for productivity

OP, 8GB is fine for gaming but you have the money so 16GB in Deano's build doesn't hurt.
