Area 51 is nothing more than a secret military base, do you know why they keep security and photos and things along those lines secured and hidden?? Because its a SECRET. It houses pretty high tech weaponry and more notably aircrafts to help fight in times of war. Do you think that the US would want other countries getting their hands or eyes on our equipment? Do you not think other countries have possibly even higher hidden bases much like area 51?

I strongly believe hollywood and other wackjob people have really scarred the public into thinking that area 51 is some kind of alien base or that "we work with aliens" no.. youre overthinking it.

(we) , being people on earth, right? So tell me, if Barrack Obama went on the news and just said this "we know of extraterrestrial life and we have been keeping it from you for years", how do you think people would handle it?

I think people will start making idiotic speculations about why and how. If there was any secret extra-terrestrial hidden in Area 51, I think it would've been leaked already, tbh.

Fair enough that you believe if you see. But do you really think we know EVERYTHING? And you actually think "leaked" things are always the best way to finding things out? OMFG... Seriously, there has been a lot of leaks but guess what? They take it down.. Always, just before it gets out there, they take it down. Where do leaks come from? Hackers? Mainly. So where do them hackers go? The government hire them which most people should know because its already been said. When they know people are too good and know they can get in to things they don't want people to see, they'll probably try to hire them. Thats why leaks don't leak from places like Area 51. Because it is too IMPORTANT.
