Not 2011, just the UK in general.
A lot of areas still have shit internet and these companies are only upgrading now.
I live next to a raf base, we have access to backup generators and really fast internet. We don't have the same wifi as the base since that'd cause tonnes of damage since a simple skiddy could use that.
Donwload is 23mb/s, upload is 24mb/s. With unlimited data, £60/mo

That's great, over here by me it's just non fios verizon and twc for internet has been for as long as I could remember. New fiber optic provider came here recently and doesn't do it commercially yet. Hoping they do soon.
