I am on BT too fibreoptic I am happy but sometimes can be slow when they promise 'super fast speeds'

The 'promised' speed differs throughout the day, same for you?
That is weird i would call them my internet speed never really changes that much its usually around

I would be upset if my internet was dropping 10 to 20 mbps thought out the day.
