in warframe I get about 24 to 60 fps it weird

4GB RAM usage at 96% load with an 8GB kit?
Are all 8GB's of RAM functional?
are you plugged into on board graphics or the GPU?
drivers?

yeah it says 8gb usable I have a gpu plugged in
