What is your budget and currency? (Pound sign does not work normally, use GBP abbreviation)
Do you need a monitor?
Do you need a keyboard?
Do you need a mouse?
Do you need an operating system?
What will you use the PC for?

My $0.02 if you can manage about $500 with MIR;

950 is a good bit better than the 370, but out-performed by the 380. Z170 chipset so you can OC that i3 if you add a nice cooler. PSU is fairly sub par, but it will be absolutely fine for a GTX 950 and i3. The budget EVGA units are pretty good, but the Seasonic units above are far better.
