They Just Have To Read The Rules And They Wont Be As Bad.
Dont Get Me Wrong There Are Some GREAT New Members And Some That Break All The Rules The First Day But We Have To Give Them A Chance

Well if they break they rules i'm not just going to be like "GOOD POST". First of all, always welcome them to the site, it makes them feel accepted in the site. Then, tell them what they have done wrong, by them knowing their mistake they can work on NOT doing it in the future. Next, tell them that what they are doing is wrong and that it is against rules. Lastly, give the a link to the "Rules". Although EVERYONE should read the rules before the make ANY post (even though 90% of people don't)
