Just a future tip, I would not go to your friend for advice again.

Not a good build.

Currency is USD?
Do you need a monitor, KB, or mouse?
Will you be overclocking?
Use of PC?
If gaming, what games?

Lmao... Currency is US Dollar. Gonna need a Monitor. I'll probably be overclocking which I believe is gonna need some higher powered fan (not really sure new to the PC community) Heard of the liquid cooling process but not to sure exactly what that is gonna need further research on it.
Gonna be using the PC for gaming/editing and music.
CS Go, Rainbow six, various indie titles. Possibly Cod, idk might stay console for that. Fallout, possibly battlefront, battlefield, etc.

Well, you can't overclock a 4460 so you wouldn't be doing any CPU overclocking with that rig.

SSD for your OS. Nice IPS monitor. Decent budget cooler so you can OC the 6500 a bit. XFire support so you can easily add a 2nd 380 at any point. Nice case, have built in the Enthoo Pro M myself.
