If I'm not mistaken unless you actually do it you don't get the achievement. I may be wrong, don't quote me.

Under each console category there is a section for gamesaves. These gamesaves do not automatically give you achievements, but they are made so that each achievement is one step away from achieving.

Modio would be a good place to start, I don't think their is a gamesave to just unlock all the achivments but you never know.

Well as most of the saves come from XPGamesaves there would be a good start.

Look for "pop and lock" saves, these will instantly unlock most/all achievements.
