470 was great 3/4 years ago, are you looking to upgrade currently? If so how much are you looking to spend?

Eh, not to much. Im just looking for an up to date graphics card that is good for the price.
Maybe something that can run most of the newer games at a playable frame rate.

Put windows on it as you would a regular drive, you can transfer windows onto it with software i think.
as for a GPU upgrade, i've just checked some benchmarks and it should still do rather well in all fairness.

Do you happen to know what software to use because I googled it and have found nothing.
I also tested some games.
CS:GO: avg. 160FPS at 16:9 1920x1080
TF2: avg. 200FPS at 16:9 1920x1080
Skyrim: avg. 60-70FPS at 16:9 1920x1080
Fallout New Vegas: 80FPS at 16:9 1920x1080
Fallout w/ ENB: 30FPS at 16:9 1920x1080
I have not tested any of the newer AAA games though which I expect to run extremely low.
