You can Do ISO modding just take your Xbox apart and get a burnt disc with mods on it many tutorials on YouTube if you decide to do ISO modding I used to do WAW mod menu with project x v2 but my laser don't read the discs anymore

Do a custom case mod to it. Thats how i started doing them i just thought i would give it a go on a old console.
Also you can flash the drive to play Iso's which isnt really hard to do.
Or if you are any good at soldering you could try RGH'ing it,
