I want to sell my PS4, as I bought it in November, but i never play it, only to find myself on my xbox one all the time.

Here's what I have: (I also have the original box and receipts)
Hardware:
-Standard PS4 Controller (came with console)
-PS4 Console
-USB Controller Charging Cable (came with console)
-20th Anniversary PS4 Controller
-HDMI Cable (came with console)
-Earbud Headphone (came with console)
-Basically everything that originally came with the console like new condition

Games:
-Madden NFL 16
-Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege: Gold Edition (season pass redeemed on account that comes with it)
-Assassin's Creed Syndicate (digital download that comes on the account with console)
-The Last of Us Remastered
-Call of Duty: Ghosts
-Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection

Accessories:
-FPSFreek Black Ops III Black Thumbstick Covers
-Account that comes with console has 2 months of PS Plus left on it


What would you say would be a good selling price for this PS4? (I don't want to sell it just yet, I just need help pricing it at a fair price considering what i paid for everything, i don't want to lose too much money on it, since it is basically brand new.
