Im planning on buying a new processor for my computer [AMD FD8320FRHKBOX FX-8320 FX-Series 8-Core Black Edition Processor] and on amazon its $140, I also am planning on 8GB of RAM, anybody know where I can buy both of these for the best price?

I'd just grab the 8320E tbh. However, unless you have a limited budget, are stuck with an AM3+ mobo and need a CPU upgrade for better multi-threaded performance, I wouldn't bother with an 8320(E) at all.

PCPartpicker or if you have a good ammount to spend you can get a complete one built from sites like cyberpower,ironside etc

I've always used Amazon. I like their prices, considering the good stuff is usually compatible with Amazon Prime.
