Ive had my astros for a while now and ever since the new "layout" update my astros have not been working. I cannot hear speak or do anything with the astros, theyre basically a paperweight now. Anyone have any ideas

Connect them to a computer like if you first bought them and open up the Astro program and see if they need a update. Hope I helped.

Either connect them to a computer but then there's instructions in the case as well, when I get home I will tell you exactly what to do.

make sure your mixamp pro is completely up to date.
Mine work fine with the new update
