I just built a gaming computer, it's my first build. The only problem is that my Ethernet doesn't work. I plug direct from my router to my PC, but my PC says there's no connection... Although the lights next to the port on both my router and my PC indicate that the Ethernet cable is connected, which makes me believe this may NOT be a hardware problem. The motherboard is the Z170-A from Asus.
I appreciate all help, and will give max rep.

Drivers either come on a disc supplied with a motherboard or you can download them on another PC and put them on a USB drive to put on your new system.

On the driver support page you were linked to, download the LAN driver, there's only one on the list, should fix your problem
