If I set my friends account as the primary system account on my PS4

And I download games from his account

I will soon probably deactivate it as the primary system

Will I lose everything I got from his account on my console of I deactivate it ?

You won't lose them you just won't be allowed to play any of the games you downloaded from that persons account
