Yeah the cops really did a number on him, They were definitely involved with something... If he is Innocent, he has spent almost 28 years in jail in total for crimes he didn't commit, unbelievable...

It's already been on the news about his innocence and is yet another set-up. I think they confirmed he did not place the vehicle in his yard and covered it. He had no idea about it. And like in the programme on Netflix..the area has very few people. And with his claim of $450,000 i think it was. The area needed the money so set him up to keep it? That's what i think.

Could see how that would be a good reason to set him up, I really want to know who murdered her though, Steve's mother believes this goes deeper than the whole county and that actually teresa halbach is still alive... which makes no sense as dna proves it was her charred bones, but makes you wonder how long she was alive before this mystery person killed her... I don't think we'll ever know...

I do think the show creators left out some crucial evidence. Like the fact that his Nephew said that there would be blood in the car and they found blood in the car.

I don't think we'll know for 100% for sure if he is innocent or guilty for along time.

When he get arrested again, I thought he did it, I thought something might of snapped after being locked up for 18 years for something you didn't do.

Then I watched and listened and heard what was being said and how much the cops didn't like Steven, I believe he was setup again, I do believe that it was mainly the lawsuit he put in for the 450,000 and that no one wanted to pay him the money so they tried to set him up to not have to pay a dime to him

The same police department that framed him before were not supposed to be investigating his residence in the new case against him, but they still did. And of course, said evidence was "found".

He is innocent I believe.
