There is no jailbreak at the moment for iOS 9.1 and upwards
I can't see it being much longer though until something is released although I'm not 100% sure that a 9.2.1 jailbreak will be released. It might be that only a 9.1 and 9.2 jailbreak is released depending on whether Apple have patched exploits in 9.2.1 as this was a security update so it's possible. If you're on iOS 9.2.1 then I would downgrade to 9.2 whilst Apple are still signing it just to be safe.
As for your game hacking, it would depend if the game is server sided or not. If the game is server sided then even a jailbreak wouldn't be able to hack the game
