Basically im having a problem with my 360 every time someone sends me a friend request i try to accept but it comes up with "cant complete this process. Please try again' but then when i turn off my xbox and turn it back on i have the person as a friend, same thing happens when i send someone a friend request. Ive deleted cache, reset the router and because im not clued up about these things there the only things ive done and its been going on for like 2 weeks now! If anyone can help it would be much appreciated!

I've had that probably before too man, it went away on its own. When it started happening I would start to lag a bit and then I'd try to send a message and it would give me an error code.

I would say try and turn your router off and wait 30 seconds and then turn it back on. If that doesn't work then I'm not to sure, since you already deleted your system cache then idk of any other way to fix this problem. Hopefully everything works out! Goodluck.
