Again with the Custom Project......
Is the MSI 970 AMD970 (AM3+) ATX any good ? I got it recommended to me. ? Is it bad advice ?

Due To This Build Not being for "Me" it's for a friend he's picking the parts and I'm simply putting it together but think he's losing out with his choices his budget is 700 "GBP"

Maybe if he gets the general idea he can do it homself

For the price you found I would consider it pretty decent. It appears to be pretty well equipped. I would pay for it.. and I might.

He wants 16GB (x2 8Gb DDR3) with it......
And because I'm not a whizz at building Rigs yet (I mentioned in another post)
My friend wants this RAM

For future reference any motherboard that says "DDR3-4 compatible" in the specs, means it's compatible with that type of RAM.
